Together with our long-term partner Techno Coatings Vietnam, we held a symposium on sustainable wood coatings on April 26. The main goal was to introduce our philosophy of sustainability, practical product demonstrations and the calculus of sustainability to an audience of wood manufacturers and buyers from Vietnam, China, the US and overseas.
The symposium was held mainly by Brigitte Baudisch, head of R&D for sustainable products at PNZ supported by general insights to sustainability by Marcel Pietsch, GM of PNZ.
Temperatures were in the 40s C, but the mood was good and the audience was very much involved in the matter. Here are some impressions from the symposium:
